Mid-week training
Takes place every Tuesday for the entire squad, starting at 6pm on Pitch 2 at the Hove Recreation Ground.
Sunday training
If either the A's, the B's or both teams are not playing a Sunday match, training will take place for all players not playing in a match.
Exact time and venue will be advised before each sunday session on the Team Manager's Bulletin Board.
Please check the Team Manager's Bulletin Board if you are in any doubt as to whether a training session will be taking place.
Please do not assume training is cancelled due to weather unless it is specifically mentioned on the Team Manager's Bulletin Board.
